TERMS OF SALE

These terms apply when you pre-order or order a piece from Bonzer Boys Studio (ABN 53 880 181 978, 172 Moorindil Street, Tewantin QLD 4565) through bonzerboys.com. You agree to them by ticking the box when you pre-order, and we keep a note of which version you agreed to. They're written in plain English. If anything's unclear, email bonzerboysstudio@gmail.com.

1. Pre-orders

A pre-order lets you reserve a piece and pay for it before we open regular orders. Joining our email list or holding a spot through the website is free and isn't a pre-order: a pre-order starts when you've paid.

2. Launch offer: 50% off the first 10 pre-orders

• The first 10 paid pre-orders, counted by the time payment goes through, get 50% off the listed price of the pieces in that order.
• The discount doesn't apply to shipping.
• One discounted pre-order per customer or company.
• The offer ends when the 10th discounted pre-order is paid. We'll show how many spots are left on the site.
• If a discounted pre-order is cancelled, that spot doesn't pass on to someone else.

3. Pre-orders are fully refundable

You can cancel a pre-order any time before your piece ships, for any reason, and we'll refund everything you paid. Just email us. We'll refund you to the card you paid with within 5 business days of your request.

4. Prices and quotes

• Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
• Prices on the site include the design setup and 3D proof for your first piece of each icon.
• Prices are indicative until we've seen your logo. We confirm a fixed price before we start work. If the fixed price is higher than what you've paid, you can accept it or cancel for a full refund.

5. Your logo

• By sending us a logo, you confirm you own it or have permission to reproduce it.
• We use your files only to make your piece.
• We won't show your piece in public (on our website, social media or portfolio) without your written OK.
• We may decline an order if we think a design belongs to someone else.

6. The design and 3D proof

• We send rendered designs within 2 working days of receiving your files. Two rounds of changes are included. We only print once you've approved the design.
• You can buy the design on its own for A$79. Once you've signed it off, you get the rendered designs and a PDF spec sheet.
• For A$299 you also get STL print files for every part, to print the piece yourself. The files are for making pieces of your own logo.
• The design is charged once per icon. If you've bought it on its own, it isn't charged again when you order a piece of that icon, and reorders never include it.

7. Colours

We print each part in the filament colour closest to your brand's Pantone or hex values. Small differences between a printed piece, your screen and a Pantone swatch are normal and aren't a fault.

8. Making and delivery

• We usually deliver within 1–2 weeks of you approving the proof. That's an estimate, not a promise, and we'll tell you straight away if something holds us up.
• Shipping within Australia is free on orders over A$100 and A$15 below that.
• You can also pick up for free from Tewantin on the Sunshine Coast, by arrangement.
• If your piece arrives damaged, email us photos within 7 days and we'll repair or replace it.

9. After your piece ships

Every piece is made to order with your logo, so we can't take change-of-mind returns once it has shipped. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (below).

10. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

12. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one on the site when you paid.
