What we collect

How we use it

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Emails

We only send news and offers if you've asked for them: by confirming your email after signing up, or by ticking "Email me about new pieces and offers" when you order. That box is never ticked for you, and ordering doesn't put you on our list by itself. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect straight away. Order emails (receipts, proofs, delivery updates) are sent whenever you have an order with us.

Your logo and brand files

We use the files you send only to make your piece. We'll only show your finished piece in public (on this site, on social media or in our portfolio) if you've told us in writing that's OK.

Who we share it with

We use a few trusted services to run the business, and they handle your information only to provide their service to us:

Some of these services store information outside Australia, mainly in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep you on our email list until you unsubscribe. We keep order records for five years, as Australian tax law requires, and delete your logo files once your order is finished unless you ask us to keep them for a repeat order.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections and limiting who can access it.

Seeing or correcting your information

Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll reply within 30 days.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll try to put it right. If we can't, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the change matters to you, we'll email you about it.
